As the production and the popularity of these diamonds increases, so do questions about the products themselves as well as about their impact on the diamond market. Consumers also have questions and, unfortunately, many in the trade still don’t know how to properly answer them. We offer education seminars for retailers that will enlighten you on the science behind this innovative diamond, while breaking some of the common myths that surround them.
The course includes 1) information on the differences between natural and lab-grown diamonds, as well as the difference with diamond imitations., 2) discusses the different types of crystallization processes (HPHT versus CVD), and importantly, 3) the common methods of identification and laboratory procedures. In addition we will educate you on the marketing of lab-grown diamonds and explain why retailers shouldn’t be afraid to offer the lab-grown diamonds alternative to the consumer.
