Madestones, which calls itself Europe’s largest producer and distributor of lab-grown diamonds, has announced its intention to plant trees in order to better the planet and the population.
The CO2-neutral company said this will be done in the name of its customers and will be completely free of charge, and sponsored by Madestones.
It cited a statistic that suggests that deforestation and changes in land use are responsible for 17% of the greenhouse effect.
